Special Needs Children
Schoolzin Schoolzout accommodates children of all ages with special needs. Our facility is wheel chair accessible and our staff is experienced in working with children with special needs. We have a teacher that is fluent in American Sign Language and another that is fluent in Spanish.

Daily Schedule
A daily schedule is posted in each classroom for review including a copy of the current week's lesson plans. The daily schedule is planned to provide a balance of activities such as: indoor/outdoor, quiet/active, individual/small group/large group, large muscle, small muscle, child initiated/teacher initiated.

Children must be at the center before 10:00 am in order to be allowed to stay for the day unless other arrangements have been made with management.

Meals and Nutrition
Our meals meet the USDA dietary standards. We provide good nutritional meals. Our menus are varied to encourage children to try all foods. Follow us on twitter to see the current month's breakfast, lunch and snack menu.

We provide a daily breakfast for children that arrive before 7:55am, as well as a well balanced lunch and afternoon snack. The center does not allow outside food or snacks unless your child is enrolled in the infant room or has dietary restrictions.

If outside food or snacks are required due to restrictions then a physician's note must be supplied stating the reason for substitution. This policy applies to soy being substituted for milk. We honor and take extra caution for a child with food allergies. If a child is allergic to a particular food, that food is not allowed in the room with the child. We go the extra mile to ensure your child is not exposed to foods that could harm them.

All teachers have completed Georgia's Child Development Accreditation courses. Many have obtain more than the required training and completed Early Child Care Education Technical Training. All teachers go through an intensive national background check and are finger printed. 100% of the staff is CPR 1st Aid Certified. In addition, our teachers are licensed to administer insulin.

Tuition continues even if the child is not present. The parent is required to pay 1/2 of their weekly fee anytime the child is not present. We encourage parents to spend as much time as they can with their children; however in order to keep the child enrolled partial payment is required.
